CPU temps ok?

Hi guys,
Sorry if this seems a stupid post, but I'm just making sure everything is ok as this is my first build.

I've got an i5 at stock speed, in an antec 183 with standard 2 exhaust fans set to medium, with a zalman CNPS10X-Quiet CPU Cooler.

At 100% using Prime95, the cores only get to ~53C with the CPU fan (on a rehostat) on a fairly low setting. Does this seem reasonable? I thought that even a stock speed CPU would need an increase in fan speed when at load, but it doesn't seem too bothered.

i would try to get the zalman CNPS10X-Quiet CPU Cooler to about 2000rpm this is the best speed when overclocking happy overclocking
