CPU temps

at idle the temps on the 2 cores are 19degrees diffrent.

core 0 = 13c
core 1 = 32c

do i need to lap my heatsink and CPU?
i have a Thermalright Ultra-120A and i have heard these can be quite uneven.

yes i have reseated the heatsink a few time, the temps do even out when under full load.

remove the heat sink and clean the existing paste of then try again

i did this the first time and got the same result, thats when i decided to try the line down the middle
