CPU throttling?

Ive just setup my new rig and ive started to do some manual overclocking.
Ive set the vcore to 1.3v and changed the mulitiplier to x40 that all

Ive noticed that when i stress test with LinX AVX the cpu speed is throttled back to 3.3Ghz. However when using prime it is 4Ghz.
Cpu z also has the Bus speed at 99.8.

Im sure this has been resolved in a thread but i cant seem to find it.

All help will be appreciated.

just change the long and short power setting to 150 on both

you should easily get it to 4.4ghz+ no problems

Cheers have discovered that leaving spead spectrum on sets the BLCK @ 99.8Mhz when overclocking. Disabling ot sets it at 100Mhz.
