CPU too hot

I have a e6300 @ 3ghz on stock volts, on a DS4 with an AC Freezer Pro 7.

My idle temps are about 60 degrees for both cores...when i put my cpu to 100% load on TAT it shoots up to 70 degrees and my mobo goes buzzing...im assuming cos of the high temp...and i press stop lol dont wanna see how high it goes...

check that the cooler is seated properly, also make sure that you have the voltage set manually in the bios, don't leave it on auto.
