CPU Upgrade

Will be updating my Pentium 3 733mhz system tommorow, to a Athlon 64 X2 3800+ processor. Question is what percentage increase will i gain over the old chip. Sorry im a Noob lol.

Yeah just stuck in the stoneage here it is even slow web browsing some times, i am using Xp

well already got the chip, so it looks like a cheapish motherboard and ram hoping a budget upgrade should give me better performance
