CPU upgrade

Hi all I want to upgrade my cpu. I have a new ati 4830 and i think my processor is bottlenecking it anyho I have

What is the best processor that could fit in this motherboard?

That board will take most if not all C2D chips including wolfdales(with a bios update). Really depends on your budget but a E8400 would be very good or if ya wanna save some cash and maybe overclock a E7300 is a good chip.
