CPU usage D:

During BC2 game session my CPU usage according to windows got as high as 100% at some points. the temps stay relatively cool, but what can be causing this ? Is it normal ?

Is this on all cores or just one?

It may be back ground programs like AV, windows update ect and probably certain parts of the game using cpu power.

Does this affect any game play?

Im not sure if it does, yesterday from being a smooth game it reduced FPS by like 30 for 1-2 sec and then jumped back up a couple of times. Not sure if it's because of the driver my GPU uses 270.61, or CPU.

Also crashwed one time without any errors and not sure what happened there.

Also it's all cores. Ive heard on other forum its perfectly normal due to BC2 using all cores effectively.
