CPU usage in the Windows Task Manager

Hey guys, need to rack your brains again...

In the Processes tab I have an image name of system and user name of system, every 10 seconds its using around 30% of my CPU's power...is this normal..whats it using that for? Surly if this is doing this every 10 seconds its going to be using CPU power when im gaming causing it to lag?

Try Process Explorer
It gives more information than task manager and should let you track down exactly what process is causing it.
