I recently upgraded my GPU to a 3070TI Suprim and my CPU to a Ryzen 7 5800X.
I had issues with the bios and now can only get the MSI click bios, but it was seemingly running fine until tonight when I noticed my CPU use in task manager was running at 100% (whilst only browsing the net).
I tried checking for windows updates and done them all apart from to windows 11, as I need to turn on secure boot in bios. I cant access this due to the MSI bios looking completely different to usual after updating the bios recently for the new CPU
The CPU seems to idle around 4-7% and then keeps spiking up to 100% use on just normal background processes.
Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
Edit: For example, I just opened BattleNet and it jumped to 100% use, along with showing 25% use just opening Google Chrome. Whilst just on the splash screen of Warzone the CPU sits at 89% usage
It does the same though whilst just idling and me not opening anything
