cpu vcore?

Depends how big your family jewels are I guess! :D

1.55v - 1.60v should be enough to unlock the chips potential but again it depends how good your cooling is, I wouldn't really want to be hitting temps much more than 80°C max load myself, although the chips can run even hotter than this.

I wouldn't recommend going over 1.5v for longterm and you shouldn't need to with watercooling.

It also depends on your VID.

Also, anything above 70C isn't really recommended, it will work, but it will damage the chip if sustained for periods. Mine hits 70C under prime at 1.45v and it isn't worth going above that, though i have been to 1.5v before.

hi thanks for the replys.. i will stay at 1.45 and see what clock i can get.. 3.52 is still good? temps are good also 34c idle 46c load..
my gfx card is letting me down though....

math

You'll find when most people say load on here, they mean Prim95 stress test. For example, video encoding, just about the most intensive thing i'd use, load is about 52C if i remember right; under prime95 it's 70C.

Can't say for that overclock really, different to a quad, but yeh you can't grumble at that.
