Hi Peeps,
Hopefully someone with a similar setup can advise me.
I'm running an i7-940 with an ASUS P6T mobo and 6GB DDR3 XMS3 RAM.
After a bit of configuring and running a few tests with MaxxMEM tonight I realised that I can increase my memory speed by nearly 3 GByte/sec.
To keep the system stable I have to run the QPI/DRAM Core Voltage at 1.45.
Is this safe for my CPU/MB/RAM considering my CPU voltage is running at 1.3750?

I found a few articles on overclocking RAM and can not get the same increase with less qpi voltage.
