I've just been looking at the dell site and i've been playing with the config system.

Is a
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T5670 (1.8 GHz, 2 MB L2 Cache, 800 MHz FSB),

much fast than a


Intel® Celeron® Processor 550 (2.00 GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 1 MB L2-cache),

for general wp/web/basic gaming?

core 2 is better 2*1.8ghz instead of a single core celeron at 2ghz

Or to put it another way, a single core of that Core 2 Duo is faster than that Celeron, and there's two of them.

fair enough the celeron was only £20 cheaper anyway!!!!!
