Can anyone tell me which is the best waterblock that support 3/8" tubing for a Intel C2D?

It's open to discussion, but it's probably the Swiftech Apogee.

Depends on the chip you're cooling, for naked small cores the Storm is one of the best, big cores you're looking more towards the Apogee GT or D-TEK FuZion.

apogee is good block, currently using one, they look nice too

In that order. I really don't like the fact the GTX has an ALu top - even if it is plated.
