Hello, I'm looking to upgrade my parents pc and wanting a cheaper cpu with integrated graphics.

They don't really do anything cpu intensive just regular old people internet browsing and youtube so need something that can hw decode vp9 and hevc.

I'd like it to last a few years without upgrading so preferably no celerons or athlons.
Ryzen 3200g is always out of stock and looking at intel the only one I can see that is sort of available is the i3 10105 but costs almost twice the price of the 10105F. Why is the non F version so much more expensive? Are there any other options available for what I need?

Thank you everyone for the replies. I'm only looking to buy a CPU, motherboard and ram as the other components they have are still fairly decent and can be reused.
I'd prefer new stuff for full warranty but looking at the availability it may be difficult finding something that's actually in stock. I don't mind buying a used CPU and RAM as they very rarely go wrong but I definitely want a new motherboard and it should have wifi but a USB wifi stick is also fine if it saves some money.
What would you guys recommend? Let's say with a £200 budget.
