Well, vcore does fluctuate due to vdroop and cpu load, depending on motherboard.

Mine for example, fluctuates between 1.360 and 1.368 even at idle.
 
Thanks for the heads up, for me though it is no better that the last.
Incorrect multiplier and VCore. :(
