Hi people,

Last night I built myself a new machine, nothing special but should suit my requirements, everything seems to be working fine but when I open up the application it shows the multiplier and speed changing constantly? is this correct?

ASUS M2A-VM HDMI is the motherboard I am using.

Even when I change the multiplier in the BIOS and boot up it still moves...

Any help would be appreciated.
