has anyone with an i7 920 noticed that the new version of cpu-z (1.51) doesnt seem to step down when turbo and eist is switched on ???
the multiplier should drop and so should the core speed, but it doesnt, hmmmm, therer again, iam just after updating my bios to version 1.5 for the x58 platinum motherboard, is there any other programs as good or better than cpu-z that i can use that would perhaps work better ??? even everest seems to show the step down procedure working.
