CPU Z reading memory wrong?

i have bought this memory:

my cpu is overclocked to 3.3Ghz would this effect this?

I'm having the same issue but with different RAM http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17955129

I am suspecting it is the RAM as I have tried each of my 6 modules on their own (All should be idential as it says so on the labels). On CPU-Z Memory SPD Tab it says that 2 modules are lower speeds that the rest. I am waiting for feedback from the CPU-Z forum and from my other post I created here on OC.

You have to MANUALLY set the timings in the BIOS to match your ram. It won't run at the advertised speeds on its own.
Also, you have shown the SPD tab and not the MEMORY tab which will actually show the speed your memory is currently running at.
