CPU-Z reading wrong

Ok i have finished building my new rig and cable sorting pics will be posted in the correct part of the forum another time, But for now ive started CPU-Z and its saying my CPU is running at 2 GiG where other programs are saying 3 GiG Pic Here any ideas or is it a case of new board that cpu-z cant read correctly.

Oh BTW im very impressed with the board and other bits but the cooler I got will be changed very shortly Akasa revo This thing it was A. not flat so took ages to sort that and B. generally sucks. Yeh its light weight very light weight but temps are not great 45 at idle and 70 on load General unfortunatley I cant find a program to monitor properly as its a new board the XFX 780i .. any ideas on this welcome
