CPU-Z readings

Just noticed that of my 2Gig of ram cpuZ says the following:

JEDEC#1 JEDEC#2
Frequency: 270MHZ 400MHZ
Cas Latency: 4 5
RAS#to CAS# 4 5
RAS# Precharge 4 5
tRas 13 18
TRC 15 22
Command Rate
Voltage 1.8V 1.8V


Now is it just me or shouldnt all the readings be the same?

Im running: Corsair XMS2 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 6400C5 TwinX Dual Channel (TWIN2X2048-6400)

Actaully ignore the above - its next to unreadable - and ive got 3 GIG of ram rather lol

It isn't meant to be the same. It just shows you the speed and timings that the RAM is guranteed to work at.
