CPU-Z voltage issues

My PC as in sig has confused me.

The BIOS CPU voltages are set as follows.

Base Voltage stock at 1.2875Volts.

Then I added 0.06 Volts to allow my overclock to 350MHz for 3.15GHz clock speed to run stable (it runs okay at +0.05V but I allowed an extra +0.01 to be sure)

So I assume a core voltage at full speed of 1.3475 Volts.

CPU-Z returns a Voltage of 1.648 Volts!

The CPU-Z is latest version, I'm a little concerned by this as 1.648 volts is more than I am comfortable putting through my CPU!

Any ideas?

Check what the BIOS says and it'll be around that area. For example, I set 1.58V in the bios and the bios says it's actually 1.55, but with vdroop it's probably between 1.5-1.53.

Check with Everest. A very good program for evaluating most of your systems components.
