I'm trying to find out if my PC is Overclocked, I can't find anything that states my PC is at the GH'z it's supposed to be at, it should be 4.00 but CPUID doesn't state anything about it besides what it is at retail. Cheers.
Does your cpuz look like this? I have highlighted the area in red where it should say 4000mhz (4.00ghz) If you have speedstep enabled it will show a lower clockspeed when idle, as my chip is in the pic.
It does indeed, it's currently reading 4010.9 MHz but the Specification says 2.80 GHz I'm guessing the specification is the factory settings and the Core Speed is the actual settings?
