I'm not gonna make a habit of constantly tweaking and resubmitting scores but after reading Jay343434's post on setting a per ccx overclock, I wondered why didn't I think of doing that. I already knew I was limited to 4600 at 1.4v (and 4550 at 1.35v) All cores but setting ccx0 to 4700 (leaving ccx1 at 4600) I got the boost I was looking for.
5950X using DynamicOC so my PBO settings look after the single core boost with -25 Curve all core +50 Boost.
Single core 709.0
Multicore = 13679.0
Yeah the per ccx overclock is beneficial. When you do an all core general overclock you’re always limited by your weakest ccx.
I’m sure mine has a bit more mileage in there but I need to do more tweaking. I think I could maybe get a 4750mhz and 4600mhz which would bump my score up.
