Here is my i7-860 from 2009 running at 22x 169 = 3.7GHz; RAM is DDR3 at 1,694MHz I calculate that as 2,037 overall score (I'm relieved I beat the Q9650!)

What a cooling disaster I had last night. Really need to upgrade this rig to quick disconnect fittings so I don't have to mess about like this. I usually pinch the lines with a vice grip but I didn't get it just right, moved the line aside and it went on leaking as I prepared the heat exchanger and it's lines and pre-filled it. Well, it drained both reservoirs and most of my radiators before I noticed. My coolant loop is relatively complex so getting it bled was a total nightmare and I put extra work on the pumps while trying to prime it. So no, I didn't get the system up and running with the chiller yet. Because I lost most of the fluid in my loop there was no way I could run this rig outside at subzero temps. So I have to get some more methanol tomorrow, hopefully. Right now it's just water to keep me up and running.@storm-chaser have you found the time for the chiller yet???

EDIT: New water block to try out! looking forward to that. Amazon special for $14.99
Here is my rig and the octopus of a cooling system. You can see why this might present a problem
Well, my 10850K won't run the bench at 5.3 on same volts (although it would run Neon Noir for some reason?)Is this good for a 10900K?
Smart thinking. I might have to do this as well.Damnnnnnnn good man for trying with that!!! i always have a spare block so i can leave the original cooling in tact. WOW still cant get over that pic!!!

Everything is now hooked up and the chiller is just chillin for the moment - cooling off on the front porch. Waiting for the temps of the methanol to go down to 25*F before I start trying to break your MHz record. I'll do my best, but I am going to say right now that score is going to be very difficult to beat. Especially if this water block is not up for the task. I will also likely need -10*F climate to bench at 5700MHz. But I know the CPUs upper limit is actually above 5.8GHz.
Excuses excuses, I know!
This is what my computer is reporting (temps are slowly dropping):
Expect an update in about an hour.
the problem i have when i use ice is the pump, its only a £20 pond pump and flow is great for the 1st hour after that it must be freezing something as it just gets slower and slower. good luck with the frequency attempt
@storm-chaser
Can I please request that you do 2 leader boards? One of multicore and one for single core.
Makes it easier to find single core score for comparison.
Single Core leaderboard (disregard multi and overall score)
Probably slush in the lines... As for me, no go on matching your MHz result at the moment. I did get to 5.7GHz but it crashes half way through the benchmark. So I think it's most likely due to the ambient temps here right now and the el cheapo waterblock which I picked up just for kicks. That combination is not letting get any higher than 5.7GHz.
