Nah no slush, just the pumps innards freezing up, cheap components that's all.
That will be it for me now until the KS variant becomes available or unless I have a dabble with LN2 again which I doubt but I will say never say never
Basically, you can get these numbers by any means possible (except for cheating of course). That includes any cooling method and any overclocking methodology.

Well, my 10850K won't run the bench at 5.3 on same volts (although it would run Neon Noir for some reason?)

Aye, showin their age now tho LOLBrothers in arms lad, us on our 10 series chips.
Been getting tempted to pull the trigger on Alder Lake, but look at the bloody price! Maybe i need to wait for the 12850K, LOL.Brothers in arms lad, us on our 10 series chips.
Probably slush in the lines... As for me, no go on matching your MHz result at the moment. I did get to 5.7GHz but it crashes half way through the benchmark. So I think it's most likely due to the ambient temps here right now and the el cheapo waterblock which I picked up just for kicks. That combination is not letting get any higher than 5.7GHz.
Running DDR4000C16 doesn't help as the benchmark is not sensitive to memory giving me a slightly lower score maybe due to heat generated by higher soc voltage.
Lol. Slower single thread speed than my comet lake .... shed load of cores for £7k though?Ooooo. I'm not sure which of those will be quicker.
I think you should buy both, run some tests, and report back.
(Get your boss to sign off the purchase because you need to process some "big data")
