cpuz/realtemp speedstep

so i have my 920 on its day to day profile

3.8ghz with speedstep on to take it to 3.1ghz when its idle

why does realtemp report that the multi has dropped to 16.5 from 20

but cpuz reports the chip running flat out and not fluctuating

it does this with any profile i set above 3.6GHz

and i am using the latest realtemp/cpuz

so am i just being a noob and missing somethign glaringly obvious?

CPU-Z reports the multi drop for me fine (intel Q6600), maybe the current version doesn't fully support i7 or your motherboard. real temp can see it so you know it's working fine.

tried to use everest to monitor volts etc to see if its just cpuz but it seems locked at 3.8 also?
