cpuz sint reading clockspeed right?

hi all.

i have cpuz in my vista machine. and somehow. its not showig my right clock speed. at the moment my system is running 3.15ghz and cpuz is showing it at
2102mhz.

Any ideas??

You have speedstep enabled in the bios?

Mine was the same, oopened a game up in a window, and now cpu-z shows correct clock. Must be stepped.

Have you tried version 1.4 cpuz 1.4

Go into the power manage ment at tell Vista you don't want to save power and bang the CPU to constant full speed.

It's just a new power saving thing, realy.
