Crack or disable Windows 7 password

Hi,

My sister forgot the password she used for her windows account (too complicated to remember) and now I need to get her access to her laptop. Unfortunately I don't have any windows 7 CDs at the ready. I've tried OPHCrack but it failed to find the password. Does anyone know any freeware or ways to get access to the laptop again.
