Crackdown 2 NTSC game on a PAL console?

Just received a copy of Crackdown 2 from what I thought was a reputable online merchant and I was surprised to receive the Jap version of the game. I'm not terribly happy, but to save the hassle of having to return it, does anyone know if the games will run on a PAL 360?

I don't want to break the box seal and not be able to return it.

It is region free so it should be fine. Not sure what language it will be in though!

Hi - it says on the box English text and the only voices it has are the English ones.

It works - I still think I'm going to send an email and tell them to put up pictures of the correct box if that's what they intend to flog.

just remember that you wont be able to trade it into any gaming shops here though...
