Cracked screen

My new monitor screen cracked today only had it for 1 month, all I did was move the monitor a bit as it was off center by pushing the top right corner of the border and it cracked and all that side has gone white, is this my fault or a fault with the monitor. P.s monitor is a BenQ GL2450

If you only moved it normally then it's a manufacturing fault. How you prove this however... I don't know. Contact BenQ and explain?

You are either a Hulk or one of the latest victims of the quality monitors people have been getting lately. I know Hazro had somewhat similar problem with screens falling off the frame for no reason. It gives me the shivers since I have 3 monitors in front of me all the time.
Good luck, maybe BenQ will understand.
