Crash dump from new laptop

Hi all,

Got my boss a new laptop (ASUS) for his misses and all I installed was the anitvirus, google chome and itunes on it.

For some reason, (its only 2 days old) it keeps BSODing and coming up with Crash Dump.

Specs:

amd llano A4 1.9ghz/2.5ghz
6gb ram
500gb hdd

Did it work ok before you installed these programmes. If so, remove and install one at a time and see which one is causing the crash. My monies on itunes.

yea my cash is on the itunes too... i told her to do a system restore, she did it, and seems to be ok now but just wanted a second opinion...

only problem is, she has an ipod

webroot essentials which came with the laptop... i had to get the laptop from another online supplier as OcUK didn't have the one I wanted in stock...
