Hi, my friend got parts for a new pc and built it today, but while playing league of legends the screen suddenly went blank for him and the monitor turned off, he could hear me for about 5-10 seconds and then he had to turn it off and on again.

the specs are as follows (he was on a strict budget and needed a monitor keyboard and the tower, but didnt want to overclock so thats why there is a 3330 and not a 3570k and also a b75)

I checked the Motherboard, and cpu are compatible, the ram should be compatible although i'm not sure if its on the compatibility list. Also the cpu and graphics card were b-grade.

Currently he is reinstalling the graphics drivers with the new beta drivers, after that if it crashes again i'm gonna suggest he does a bios update and then after that if it still crashes i'm stumped i think i might try switching g-cards after that any thoughts?

Also monitored the temps when it restarted they weren't over 45 on the cpu and 40 on the g-card and also we had already played a game of league of legends which lasted about 50~ mins before it crashed in the second match.

The gpu being B-grade might of been a issue, but if you can swop the card with a known working card and see how the system performs.

Also run mem test on the RAM but double check the voltage first.

the driver update didn't fix it, so he's now checking the bios version and turning off the oc genie II thing in the bios, it overclocks the g-card. if that still fails im gonna lend him my g-card and my ram, which i know works if that fails the motherboard and cpu are gonna have to be returned, also one thing i noticed in hw montior one of the temperature pin TWpin2 or something is at a constant -24 degrees, that can't be right?

think we got it fixed, changed the g-card out and after about an hour of lol it didnt crash whereas before it lasted like 20 mins so the graphics card will need to be RMAed
