Think its a red herring. The only reason why the other party was on the wrong side of the road is because your girlfriend had pulled out in front of them.

To be honest its this attitude which makes them happen.
lol dont start Fox. I very much doubt if you could say 100% that you've never made a manoeuvre which was against the highway code. People make mistakes.

Yea but the point is you learn from them rather than simply say 'these things happen'. We all make mistakes, yes, I make plenty, but if you don't learn from them then you'll simply do it again..

the difference is, some people make mistakes and hold their hands up to them, others immediately cry "it wasn't my fault"

err who has cried "it wasn't my fault"? I posted asking for advice and to find out who was in the wrong. Ive also posted accepting the answers. So whats the problem?

that was a generic statement.
if i'd aimed it at you it'd have had direct references to your gf, the other driver or the incident.

unless she accepts she was to blame then i can't see why she'd modify her behaviour.
ok whatever.

Fair enough, my apologies.

well you tell me why someone would "never do that again" if they still don't think it was wrong the first time they did it?

hence my comment about her accepting it was her fault and learning from the whole incident.
