Crashes after suspend

I have recently built a system for a friends parents based around a skt 754 sempron 3300 and an abit KV85 board with a gig of mushkin RAM. The system is very fast and stable with everything else, the only problem is that everytime after it suspends, when you wiggle the mouse to wake it up, it just reboots and reports that the system has recovered from a serious error. Anyone got any ideas why its crashing when resuming from suspend??

most of the time i think its driver issues, but i couldnt be 100% sure. can you see what the system error log says in administrative tools.
