Crashing after an hour of gaming

I have my E5200 at 3.2ghz with a vcore of 1.3

After about an hour of gaming (Dirt2), the screen goes black then my pc crashes. What has lead me to believe that this is a CPU problem and not a GPU problem is that the overclock resets when going back into windows, and the bios warns me that the overclock settings have recently gone wrong.

Is there any settings I can change to fix this?

Did you mess up the ram settings perhaps? Was the system stable before?

I got this system pre-overclocked from overclockers @3.2 ghz. I haven't touched any of the ram settings.

The system was running fine in all other games, it's just dirt 2 that crashes it. GPU temps are fine as well.

Just ran an hour of Furmark and OCCT, no problems.

Kinda stumped what to try now...
