:confused:I posted a thread "crashing over and over..." yesterday and I beleive i have established that my RAM is fully functioning, after 4 passes in testing there were no errors. On trying to run a hard disc test I discovered that the test would not even begin, this was run from usb, not sure what conclusion to draw....should I be buying a new hard drive or is there more i ought to explore?

Not sure if this would help or not but i had similar problems few months back with my pc more so in games and a ran lengthy memtests and my ram always passed however after trying the individual sticks one by one it was in fact a faulty ram module not had the problem since.

Does it just happen whenever or is it when you gaming or using certain applications??

It is a net book so no cables and one RAM stick

I forgot to mention in this thread but there are extensive details in the first thread, having said all this theb damn thing hasnt crashed for two days since i took out the harddrive and inspected it then put it back in! But I will post the next crash.
