Crayfish from Lidl, what to do with it?..

Hey guys,

I bought myself some Crayfish from Lidl. I think it's just the tail meat, but I could be wrong.

What can I do with it? I've read that Rocket leaves taste good with it. Is there anything else I can use? A recipe would be cool, but one without a thousand ingredients. I'm thinking of some kind of salad?

I'v never tasted it before but it does look tasty... even though it was cheap .

Mmmm can't beat a bit of sweet chilli sauce. I'll grab some but I need something else with it.

Any cheeses that are nice with it? Blue cheese, Brie, Camembert or something?

Sounds immense. I'll try that tomorrow one of those tomorrow.

For now I've just got onion, rocket, crayfish and sweet chilli sauce .
