yes there certainly is.

Dear Richard,

thank you very much for your inquiry and interest in our products.

We are sorry to inform you that we currently do not offer a reseller program.
We only sell our products through our Fanatec Website

Thanks for your understanding.
Have a nice day.

...I didn't have a nice day :(

not on that occasion, its a shame really as their stuff is pretty cool. I really like their Porsche stuff and a pal of mine sim races on the BMW GT wheel, but having used it, it doesn't really do much else that the Thrustmaster products we stock already don't do.

I'll certainly keep following them up but on every occasion I have contacted them they have had the same answer for me.

Their loss I guess.

well, think about it this way.

they sell to a reseller, they will need a distribution network.

so thats 15-20% requirement for the reseller, and a further 10-15% for the disti.

by doing it themselves they can protect their own market pricing as they have no competitors.

they also remove the 25-40% margin that gets chewed up in a distribution network meaning they have to sell that percentage less to make the same profit on their products.

so I can see why it happens despite it not working in my favour.

I wouldn't say they are leagues ahead. certainly better but not something I would be upset about if I already owned a T500.
their pricing is as high as it is because they can charge what they want, once again going back to the single reseller model that I outlined above.
