Crazy games issue

Hi guys,

Completed dead island today and decided i would play MOH airbourne, i could not get it to install and after a google search found it was a NVIDIA PhysX issue so i uninstalled and installed MOH fine and then reinstalled NVIDIA PhysX and now no matter what game i play it plays like this...

I have looked in the Nvidia control panel and cant see what to turn off
my graphics card is a GTX 660

thanks for any help you can give as i wanted to kill some nazis on my day off

thanks guys! it wasnt in the main settings it was hidden away on another settings page and it was "stereoscopic 3D" which somehow enabled itself
