Crazy to consider older non OLED?

Am I crazy to consider older IPS tech like the LG 34gp950g and Acer Predator X32?

I really dont like the idea of OLED screen burn, issues with VRR - which Gsync native & Gsync ultimate hopefully reduce or completely remove and poor text clarity as do quite a lot of reading.

My Acer X34 has been great but is limited by 100hz refresh rate. If I could upgrade to a similar screen but 175hz or above this would be fine.

I hear gen3 OLEDs are improving quickly so happy to hear recommendations if lack of Gsync module is no issue. 32 or 34” ideally and at least 3440 x 1440. I had considered the ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM and Gigabyte AORUS FO32U2P

If you're okay with VA mini led panels you might want to look at the TCL 27r83u, I've had it for a week now and it's the best display I've seen yet, playing cyberpunk in HDR is mind-blowing.

Isnt this only 27" and AMD Freesync only? Im looking for something at least 32" (as my current monitor is 34" so feel going back to 27 wil look tiny) Gync or something newer that holds up to Gsync for gaming, mainly Warzone.
