CRC Error when installing Bioshock and others

Since I completed my 6 months Vista format and re-install the other day, whenever I install something from a DVD/disk, so far 3D mark 06 and Bioshock I get the CRC Error (serveral times on bioshock install).

If I click ignore the software "seems" to install as normal.

Can any-one shead a little more light for me?

Edit: All disk's are nice and clean

I had this on a Vista install. I also got the crc checks on anything it was very random. In the end i reformatted and installed vista again, since then it's been fine.
