Creaking noise when turning left.

Got a ford focus making a sort of creaking noise when turning left. Anyone got a suggestion as to what it might be (thinking a suspension bush possibly)?

thought a CV joint would make the noise when turning left/right at a standstill? This isn't :/

checked the cv joint gaitors, no splits etc on them.

Any other suggestions?

For what its worth, the noise only happens when moving :/ hence im thinking maybe suspension.
