I'm got a huge bottle of Amarula in the fridge as well as a bottle of Dooley's, I'm sure I've had them in there going on 2 years since they were opened.
I've had a taste of the Dooley's and it tastes perfectly fine to me, opening the Amarula there was a slight amount of gas that escaped, tastes it and wasn't 100% sure about, very strong taste of alcohol in that one.
Would you still drink them?
