Cream whipper

After watching Tom Kerridge the other night I have ordered myself a cream whipper and some gas canisters

Anyone else used a cream whipper? Have you experimented and tried anything else, ie infusing liquids etc

How long can I expected the whipped up cream to remain stable after squirting? Will it go like cheap spray cream?

Of course but the pressurised gas gives the cream more volume, it can also be used to create foams and other fancy things

More volume in cream, take that muck away, why would i want more air and less cream.
Saying that I would like one, not for whipping cream though.

Mosa are the best, I believe my "seltzer bottle" is by them as well, not only great for comedy sketches it makes a good drink.

Not really, it's not even illegal or one of those "legal high" type things.
I've been in nightclubs where you can buy nitrous oxide balloons behind the bar with the alcohol, it's really nothing new.
