Creamy oil on dip stick

Just checked the oil level on the car and it was covered in a creamy sludgy oil ... looks a little worrying, the cars a 94 fiesta and is running normal any ideas? is it due condensation/water etc?

Thought so, the garage i go would do it.. but i dont really want to spend any more cash on it. Its always in and of there recently.

Not really monday and friday i go up and down the motorway (60miles/day) only on the weekends it does short journeys, but ive been doing that for a while just shocked me this morning when i went to do the weekly top up it was creamy.

SgtTupac ive not noticed any water loss, cant remember when the oil was last changed ill check when i get back home
