CreataCard Gold 3 - Greetings Card Software - File Location

Hi,

I use CreataCard Gold 3 (very old software) to make and sell greetings card ... I want to reinstall Windows on my PC (going from Vista to 7) and want to backup cards that I've saved using this program

When you go into the program you can select saved projects, and using the GUI in the program it shows you a list of cards you can open ... It is not the standard window where you browse through directories on your computer

What I want to do is find out where these cards are saved so I can back them up before the reinstall

Anyone got any ideas where I could find the files?

I have checked in the program files folder but I can't seem to see anything related to the saved cards (mainly because I can't see the names of any of the cards I have saved)

Have you tried AppData and ProgramData folders?

Worth a try checking those.

I didn't check those ... Just had a look now and can't see any folders relating to the program

Just went to 'advanced search' and checked the 'search hidden files and folders' option ... I didn't do that

Will see if it finds anything

Just tried it ... Nothing

And I just realised the program won't even install on my Win 7 64 bit laptop ... And I tried the compatibility wizard program and whenever I get to the part where it says 'Start program using these settings' it just doesn't do anything

We use Hallmark Card Studio too, just we've been using Creatacard longer so we have loads of cards saved with that ... Might just have to move to the newer Hallmark software instead and lose the other cards
