Create contact master list?

Setting up my new iPhone after 10~ years with Android and having a nightmare so far.

How do I create a 'master' contacts list? I've currently got 3 accounts, SIM/iCloud/Gmail. I want to merge them all together and have them in one list on iCloud.

Edit2: I have loads of passwords saved to my Google account, is there an easy way to get them onto my iCloud?

Figured it out, for the contacts.
Bascially on PC log into your google account and export your contacts. Then log into icloud contacts and import it. Then on the iPhone turn off gmail contacts.
