Hi guys
Not sure if my title makes sense, what I need is some sort of Image generator with custom fields something like this:

Currently I have an Inkscape file with the default stuff in a locked layer, and then text boxes where I fill in the custom text, and then I export it as an image. But I would like something where I fill in all the fields on a form and then press generate and it converts it into an Image. There must be something like this out there, and I can just position where I want the custom fields, but cannot find anything, can anyone healp please?
Doesnt need to be an online thing, maybe something offline, maybe Microsoft Access or something?
