Create custom monitor driver with powerstrip?

I want to try to create a custom driver for my Liteview LGlm15w-sb so i can get the max resolution on it 1280*800,i learned when making one that my monitor only supports the max resolution at 59hz and think this is the cause of the problems of it going into 4:3 mode when i try to set it at it's maximum resolution.

Anyone have ideas hwo to use the program,i tryied to make my own driver and update my monitor but it doesnt fix the 4:3 problem.someoen help please.
