Create me a graphic plz

Hey everyone,

Im not the best at graphics creation so i was wondering if anyone can create me a graphic with a PC tower and some indication of speed attached to it e.g. streaks, flames, etc. If possible can you make this clipart/cartoon style aswell. Also vector would be brilliant

Well i dont mind what program the vector is in but preferably photoshop cs2.

How about this image for the base unit http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/preview.aspx?AssetID=MCj0431564&Query=Computer&Scope=20& or something similar.

and then some flames for indication of speed - similar to a rocket.
